Scam:
Be
careful of car dealer scams not including your trade on
your paperwork. Some dealers have been known to leave out the
trade and you bought a car and still own and owe on the

Scam:
Some dealers are charging a Dealer prep
charge on vehicles when the manufacturer actually pays for the
Dealer Prep. Read your window sticker on a new Car and you will

Interest Rate Car Dealer
Scam:
This dealer scam is where the dealer
actually quotes and charges you a higher Interest rate on your
car loan that you actually qualify for. It may be 1, 2, 3

Extended Warranty Car Dealer
Scam:
Dealers have been known to con you into
buying an extended warranty by telling you that if you buy a
warranty they can get you a lower Interest Rate or it is the
only way you can qualify for the loan. Details here at

Payment Buyer Car Dealer
Scam:
The dealer scam will have you focus
on the payment rather than the selling price or Interest Rate.
Most people are concerned with the monthly payment and the
dealer focuses on that concern to make huge profits. You need
to know the selling price and interest rate, the rest is math.
When buy based on payment you will usually over

Your Loan Was Not Approved
Car Dealer Scam:
There have been many instances where this
car dealer scam will call you after you have taken delivery and
tell you that your loan was not approved. They will say that
you need to come in and go over some alternatives to keep the
car. The alternatives can be higher rate, more money down,
longer finance term, different car or a host of others that are
